Product Introduction
This intelligent vacuum electric scraping instrument has the functions of scraping, cupping, and meridian massage. It adopts a design that combines intelligent vacuum negative pressure technology with red light heating. Through an adjustable suction mode, it simulates the therapeutic effects of traditional scraping and cupping and can act on all parts of the body. It can quickly clear meridians, promote blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and is more labor-saving, precise, and easy to operate compared to traditional manual scraping.

Usage
Preparation before use: Apply essential oil or moisturizer to the area that requires physical therapy; Press and hold the power button to start the instrument, and select the suction mode and red light mode according to the location and force level.
Scraping operation: Place the massage head tightly against the skin and slowly move along the meridians (such as from bottom to top on the back and from bottom to top on the legs), with a moderate amount of pressure that is ''slightly acidic but not painful''. Scrape the same area for no more than 3-5 minutes at a time to avoid excessive scraping.
Cupping operation: Switch to cupping mode, press the massage head on the target area (such as waist, shoulder and neck), press the negative pressure button to absorb the skin, stay for 5-8 minutes, and then press the release button to release the negative pressure, avoiding prolonged cupping in the same area (to prevent water bubbles).
End and Cleaning: After use, turn off the instrument and wipe the massage head and body with a damp cloth; If there is a large amount of essential oil residue, it can be disinfected by dipping a small amount of alcohol; Connect a dedicated charger during charging, store in a dry place after fully charging.

Applicable population
Sedentary office workers: those who suffer from stiff shoulders, neck, and back pain due to long-term desk sitting, and need to regularly clear meridians and relieve muscle tension.
Sports enthusiasts: those who experience muscle fatigue and lactate accumulation after exercise, and use scraping and cupping techniques to accelerate recovery and relieve muscle soreness.
Individuals with physical blockages: those who frequently have cold hands and feet, poor blood circulation, or heavy bodies due to heavy dampness, and need to clear their meridians.
Middle aged and elderly population: those with joint stiffness and muscle relaxation who require gentle physical therapy to relax their bodies and improve blood circulation (recommended to use with the assistance of family members).
Novice therapy party: For beginners who want to try guasha cupping but are afraid of improper operation, they can easily get started through intelligent gear adjustment and safety design.

Precautions
Taboo situation: Do not use for those with damaged skin, inflammation, or eczema; Pregnant women are prohibited from using the waist, abdomen, and abdomen; Use with caution in the lumbar and sacral regions of women during menstruation; It is contraindicated for patients with unhealed fractures and severe osteoporosis; It is contraindicated for patients with hypertension and acute heart disease.
Usage guidelines:
Each session of physical therapy should not exceed 10 minutes for the same area, and a single use of the whole body should not exceed 30 minutes;
Avoid taking a shower or catching a cold within 24 hours after the onset of Sha (skin turning red or purple) to prevent the invasion of cold air;
Do not forcefully scrape or wipe the protruding bone areas (such as the spine and joints) to avoid damaging the periosteum.
Special populations: Children, the elderly, and people with sensitive skin need to lower the suction level and shorten the usage time; Patients with diabetes (poor skin perception) need to be accompanied by family members to avoid excessive stimulation.
Effect tip: The color depth of sha varies from person to person (related to physical constitution and degree of blockage), and the more sha, the better the effect; Short term skin redness may occur after physical therapy, which is a normal phenomenon and usually subsides within 1-3 days.
